My international travel business was abruptly forced to shut down in the wake of COVID-19, ultimately causing the business to go into bankruptcy. As I was planning the path forward for the company, we were brought into a slew of lawsuits domestically and internationally, including a lawsuit brought in Ohio federal court seeking over $10M in damages against me personally.
My American legal team helped me choose Alex Durst over a number of larger law firms based upon his sophistication with the industry/business transactions involved (payment processing), and his reputation for results.
I could not be more pleased with the results. Alex got the case dismissed in its entirety, and successfully represented me on appeal in the Sixth Circuit to a favorable resolution. Alex provided wise and strategic counsel, and I would not hesitate to use him again.
