On April 22nd 2025, Durst Kerridge Partner Paul R. Kerridge argued the case of In Re: L.E.S. before the Ohio Supreme Court. Alex J. Durst joined Paul at the counsel table, along with our co-counsel, Diana Link of Link Nestheide Family Law.

In Re: L.E.S. is a same-sex custody dispute that implicates significant issues of constitutional law. We do not handle family law matters except when specially retained on appeal. This was one of those family law appeals. It stems from an earlier First District appeal, which we argued in June 2023.

Before entering private practice, Paul was a Law Clerk at the Ohio Supreme Court. Diana Link has vigorously represented our client for nearly seven years. We consider Diana and her partner Maggie Nestheide to be the very best Domestic Relations attorneys in Cincinnati. It is a great feeling to be part of a team – Diana’s family law experience combined with our appellate experience enabled us to provide the very best representation to our client.
