Maddie J. Wilhoite, ESQ.

Maddie J. Wilhoite is an Associate Attorney at Durst Kerridge who practices in all of the Firm’s core areas, including a wide range of commercial disputes, employment defense, and appeals.

Since joining the Firm as a Summer Associate in 2022, Maddie has played a substantial supporting role in several notable cases, including a tort case in which the Firm secured a settlement of over half-a-million dollars; an intercreditor dispute litigated through bench trial and appeal in which the Firm ultimately obtained the reversal of a seven-figure judgment against our client; and several employment defense matters.

Maddie obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, after completing her Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Toledo. While at Toledo, Maddie played for the Women’s Soccer team and was twice named to the Academic All-MAC team for her excellence in both athletics and academics. Maddie brings to her legal work the same drive and discipline that led her to succeed on the field and in the classroom.

A native of Ft. Wright, Kentucky, Maddie now resides in Newport, Kentucky.
