Alex J. Durst headshot.Alex J. Durst is completely fluent in Spanish, having lived in Spain and Argentina and previously worked as an interpreter in the legal system. Alex’s fluency in Spanish, combined with his extensive experience handling commercial and complex civil litigation matters throughout the United States, makes him the ideal attorney for Spanish and Latin American companies faced with U.S. litigation.

At both the local and national level, Alex is highly active in the legal community, belonging to multiple bar associations and financial services industry groups and regularly attending conferences around the country. Alex can be reached on his direct line at 1 (513) 653-3086, on his personal cellphone at 1(513) 293-3706 or via email at alex@durst.law.

Paul R. Kerridge headshot.Paul R. Kerridge Originally from England where he played professional soccer before moving to the U.S., Paul R. Kerridge heads Durst Kerridge’s Appellate Practice, drawing upon a decade of clerkships and high-level appellate training. Paul holds a rare pedigree in being an alumnus clerk of both the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the Supreme Court of Ohio.

Paul has realized appellate victory at the highest levels, including a recent victory in a United States Supreme Court appeal. After beginning to represent clients from Argentina, Paul has begrudgingly admitted that Maradona’s 1986 Goal against England is the greatest Goal in World Cup history (the second Goal–not the first “Goal”).
